    1. Discuss opening in full detail to ensure the accuracy of our search
    2. Source technically qualified candidates
    3. Ensure candidate is interested and available
    4. Conduct technical phone screen with our internal technical team
    5. Check most recent managerial references
    6. Have candidates take our predictive assessment to ensure an excellent team fit
    7. Coordinate interview process in its entirety
    8. Discuss feedback thoroughly with client
    9. Fully onboard and conduct background check
    10. Provide customer service to candidate and client throughout duration of employment
