Chuck Egerter
Chuck Egerter is founder and president of Guardian Eagle. He started the company in 2003 to focus on the Oracle consulting needs of the region and has continued to lead the company’s growth in managed services and other enterprise databases. Chuck drives our strategic vision, as well as oversees daily business operations. He focuses on continuous process improvement and making sure we have the right people and strategies in place to grow in a controlled manner.
Under Chuck’s leadership, Guardian Eagle has organically grown and is recognized as Florida’s premier Oracle Partner. His vision for our company was inspired by his many years of experience working for small boutique consulting firms and large enterprises, such as Lockheed Martin. Guardian Eagle was created with process and predictable results as a guiding vision while balancing the maturity of a big company with the agility of a small one.
Our company has received many recognitions and nominations over the years, including awards from Oracle, Grow FL, TBTF, The Tampa Bay Business Journal, and St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce. Chuck plays active roles in the local community, including support for the Tampa Bay Partnership, the Deuces Live Mainstreet Revitalization, TEC Garage, St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership, the St. Petersburg EDC, and is a long-time supporter of the entrepreneurial and start-up tech community in the Tampa Bay area. He earned his B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
